Apple Resourcing UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to assist our client, a reputable property development company, on a full-time temporary basis based on the outskirts of Chelmsford.
This will be a temporary role for holiday cover starting in June, working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, hourly rate of £12ph.
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to high volume emails
- Dealing with email work orders etc.
- Forward calls to the correct department/persons
- Dealing with all enquiries and taking adequate messages
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Previous Admin/reception experience
- Experience working within a similar sector (building, property development, construction etc.)
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent presentation and a professional approach to your work
- Friendly and clear communication skills
- Car driver due to location
