Apple Resourcing are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join an industry leading Swimming Pool Construction company in Essex, this is a fantastic opportunity and the client rarely recruits.

The client specialise in building bespoke swimming pools, spas, water features, moving floors, sauna and steam rooms throughout London and the home counties. This is a full-time permanent opportunity salary Is NEG DOE.

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for managing multiple projects from start to completion
• Oversee Assistant Site Managers, Sub-contractors, Site Engineers and Labour
• Attend site meetings
• Produce construction programmes
• Order plant and materials
• Monitor invoicing
• Method Statements, COSHH and Risk Assessments
• Produce O&M Manuals
• Maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Previous Project Management experience
• Sub-contract experience
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Commutable distance to Essex / London
• High attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Full UK Driver’s License
• Ability to swim
