Apple Resourcing UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced 180/360 Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Trades & Labour team in Basildon Essex

Key duties to include but not restricted to -

• Building and managing client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations.
• Conducting business development calls over the phone and face to face.
• Visiting both clients and temporary workers on site.
• Sourcing and selecting well matched candidates for each role.
• Managing candidate administration including timesheets and right to work documentation.
• Using the job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts.
• Using our database to search for candidates.
• Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to promote your profile and expertise in the Construction/Trades & Labour sector

Proven experience of working within a blue collar construction recruitment agency is essential. EXCELLENT basic salary + commission + Bonuses + Staff days/nights out

Must have a valid UK driving license be a car owner due to the nature of the role
