Description

Apple Resourcing are recruiting an Administrator to join one of our key clients in the Basildon, Essex area to start immediately on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.

The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assisting the team with any admin duties
  • Filtering and responding to emails from clients
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with any queries
  • Inputting information onto in-house system

Requirements;

  • Previous office admin experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • The ability to work in a team and assist other employees
  • Must be able to start immediately
