Apple Resourcing UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Basildon, you will be covering our warm Construction desk - blue/white collar contract temp and perms that you will help grow & build further opportunities.

Proven experience of working within a blue collar construction recruitment agency is essential. Excellent basic salary + commission 10/13% + Bonuses + Staff days/nights out, Career progression, Free on-site parking plus much more

Your main duties will include but not limited to the following:

• 360 recruitment delivery
• Contacting warm/cold clients to expand your desk
• Recruiting within the Construction sector selection of candidates
• Filing and management of all office documentation including Registration forms candidate packs and job descriptions
• Utilising our database
• Arranging interviews
• Start to Finish job offer negotiations
• Respond to applicant requests and keeping both candidates and clients updated on interviews and feedback

The right candidate will have:

• Genuine desire to work and progress in a recruitment environment and have at least 1 years experience 360 provable recruitment experience/billing
• Quick learner
• Money orientated 
• Self-motivated 
• Excellent IT skills
• Full driving license/Car owner
• This would suit a candidate who is looking for a new challenge and is able to work without the restrictions of strict KPI’s but instead self-motivate yourself and work smartly
