Apple Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Administrator on behalf of one of our key clients, a leading provider of prepaid solutions and payment processing, based in their head office in Billericay on a full-time permanent basis.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, currently working 2 days in the office, 3 days at home, excellent salary DOE + benefits.

Responsibilities;

  • Provide all administrative sales support activities to the National Retail, Nordic & Turkish regions including operational set ups as and when requested
  • Act as key point of contact in the office for facilitating cross departmental issues
  • Complete and manage the life-cycle tracking of business cases
  • Build relationships with equivalent contacts in retail and act as the secondary point of contact in support of account mangers
  • General administrative support for the commercial team
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative projects giving support to the team when needed

Requirements;

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Administrative role
  • Experience of dealing with National Retailers and Global Brands
  • Experience of high volume / high value processing businesses
  • Good IT / systems understanding (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Able to work well within a team or on an individual basis
  • Self-motivated
